Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery destination. Orders sent during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery is made via an authorized courier service, and is available throughout Montenegro.
For orders up to €100.00, the delivery price is €4.00.
For orders with a value of over €100.00, delivery is free.

The order is delivered to the address specified by the buyer when ordering. The courier service delivers packages on weekdays, during the day, so it is important that a person is present at the address during that period who can receive the shipment. The courier attempts delivery several times, and if delivery is not possible, the buyer will be contacted to agree on a new date.
When accepting the shipment, the buyer is obliged to visually inspect the packaging. If the packaging is physically damaged, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the shipment and notify the seller without delay. In such a case, it is necessary to contact support via email or phone to initiate the verification and replacement procedure.
By accepting the shipment without objections, the buyer is considered to have received the package in good condition.
In the case of returning or replacing the product (except for complaints), the transportation costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
After the buyer completes the ordering process, the system automatically sends a confirmation of receipt of the order to the buyer's email address. The order is considered accepted by the seller only after the buyer receives additional confirmation that the order has been processed and ready for shipment.
If there is a delay or delay in delivery, the buyer will be notified in a timely manner and has the right to cancel the order if he wishes. In such a case, the paid funds will be refunded as soon as possible.
