By purchasing on the website www.santoku.me, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Santoku is a specialized online store for the sale of Japanese knives and related equipment, within the registered business of the company Bura Montenegro d.o.o., Podgorica.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer, including information on prices, payment, complaints and data protection.
All products on the website www.santoku.me have a detailed description, including basic technical characteristics and purpose in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro.
We strive to provide accurate information and authentic product photos, but please note that the images may partially deviate from the actual appearance of the product. The items shown are part of our offer, but this does not guarantee their availability at all times.
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Promotional actions, discounts and other price benefits are clearly marked and time-limited.
Santoku reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.
You can make a purchase on the Santoku website using the following methods:
Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure LLC and Hipotekarna Bank AD and are processed in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the card information.
After entering the card information and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, thereby approving the order and initiating the preparation process for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
The transaction will be completed and the amount debited from your account only when the products are prepared for shipment and handed over to the courier service. If the payment is not completed, i.e. the amount is not debited from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period, the reserved funds on your account will be released and made available again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order and make the payment accordingly.
Please check with the bank that issued your card whether it supports online payments.

The deadline for submitting a claim is 14 days from the date of product receipt.
The customer will receive a response to the claim within 48 hours of submission.
! If the complaint is accepted, the buyer has the right to a product replacement or refund.
In the event of an approved complaint or termination of the purchase contract within the legal period, the refund will be made exclusively to the same card or account from which the payment was made. We do not make cash refunds for transactions paid for electronically.
In case of a refund to a customer who previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, it will be carried out exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that our bank will, upon our request, process the refund to the cardholder’s account.
Bura Montenegro d.o.o. takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. User information is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating and improving the user experience.
All data related to payment cards is entered via a secure protocol (SSL) and is not accessible to our staff or stored in our database.
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, applying the latest methods of sensitive data tokenization, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no moment are the card details available to the merchant.
