Shapton RockStar #500

The Shapton RockStar series of sharpening stones is truly impressive! This series uses the same technology as Shapton Glass but with twice the amount of abrasive material, meaning a longer lifespan and better performance.
One of the key advantages of RockStar stones is the Splash & Go technology, which means the stone does not need to be soaked in water before use—just wet it, and you're ready to sharpen. Additionally, the stone is extremely resistant to deformation, ensuring a flat surface throughout the entire sharpening process.
The #500 grit is ideal for completely dull knives, as it allows for quick edge restoration. After this stone, it is recommended to switch to finer grits to achieve a perfect finish.
